Therapy aims to explore the self through reflection and perspective building. Our mental health is not fully understood until we can see ourselves as whole, dynamic individuals.

An authentic self strengthens our understanding of our distress to bring us closer to recognizing our unmet needs. I view psychodynamic psychotherapy as an opportunity to get acquainted with yourself through a healing conversation to bring your unconscious life to conscious awareness.

The self is an embodied, holistic living being that carries its own life when witnessed and held through a psychosocial lens, and somatic experiencing. Our lived experiences of mental health are rich when insight is born from a 'self' rooted in its history, personal context, and ecological environment.

Our work will bring your patterns to life through gentle and intentional meaning-making and co-creation.

Each of our journeys within is unique, and can be witnessed and worked through when we can acknowledge our wholeness through guidance and care.

The space between the circles symbolizes the momentary movement within the therapeutic alliance - an ebb and flow between the therapist and client that requires breathing space for deliberate co-creation and working through unconscious patterns. These shifts indicate transformation through insight, self-reflection, and reality-confrontation.

The saddle brown centre implies that humanity is linked to nature. We belong to our history, context, and the environment around us. Our lived experiences of mental health cannot be seen in isolation or as just a psychological symptom. Through embodiment, we can look at our mental health through the earth-body-mind connection.
